A production tool can stop because of power, motion, vacuum, sensing, communications or thermal support. KONGRA starts with the reported fault, alarms, documentation and measurable machine behavior before recommending an expensive assembly.

RF generators & matching networks: model-specific assessment
Advanced Energy, MKS / ENI and Comet RF generators and impedance matching networks can be submitted for a preliminary feasibility review. Describe whether the unit will not power up, reports a cooling or communication fault, or fails to complete matching. These symptoms do not identify the failed component by themselves.
The review establishes accessible power, cooling, control or matching-drive work, required test equipment and a practical repair or exchange path. RF output-stage repair, power calibration and process qualification are not included unless a qualified verification scope is separately established. Acceptance is confirmed for the exact model before specialized work is scheduled.
Repair, rebuild, exchange or replace
A failed assembly does not always require a brand-new OEM unit. Where technically appropriate, KONGRA can define the failure, compare repair, professional rebuild, exchange and replacement paths, and present the practical options for approval.
The service value is the completed technical intervention: correct diagnosis, approved sourcing, installation or module replacement, configuration when supported and functional verification.
Service scope
KONGRA does not claim fab qualification, process certification, OEM authorization or manufacturer-only procedures. Equipment is accepted selectively after a model and scope review.
Facility electrical, refrigeration, process piping and other regulated work is performed only within applicable legal scope or coordinated with appropriately licensed contractors.
