Useful diagnostics separate the displayed alarm from the root cause. A drive fault can originate in the motor, encoder, power conditions, machine load, interlocks, cabling or the drive itself.

KONGRA records measured power and control conditions, the operating sequence and the limits of the inspection. Intermittent faults need their timing, load and recent changes recorded rather than a reset treated as a repair.

Preserve accessible diagnostics and review available source projects, parameter backups, firmware and lawful software access before changing existing controls. The written assessment distinguishes observed faults, missing information and proposed corrective work.

After approval, restoration can proceed in phases: supported component work, configuration review and relevant operating checks. Limited modernization is reviewed separately; copying a backup does not establish a verified restore.

The service scope is troubleshooting and repair of selected existing equipment. Safety circuits, interlocks and protective functions are not bypassed as a repair method.

Facility electrical or fixed low-voltage infrastructure that requires regulated contracting work is handled only within applicable legal scope or coordinated with appropriately licensed contractors.
