Work orders come in from engineering, GM or maintenance leads. Scheduling is arranged around guest occupancy and back-of-house hours.
Is the diagnostic paid?+
Yes. Diagnostic is a paid on-site visit with proper instruments and service data — billed to the property or authorized payer.
