About KONGRA

KONGRA provides diagnostic, repair, maintenance and related technical service for appliances, commercial equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, property/facility systems, selected light production equipment and automation support in San Jose and the Bay Area. Users may contact KONGRA by phone, email, WhatsApp or online booking.

Details submitted through the service request form on this website are used to respond to your request and are retained as part of KONGRA's business and service records. The request also records its public service page. When analytics are enabled, the public entry page and a general referral category help KONGRA understand which services lead to enquiries and agreed work. Our Umami and Google Analytics 4 integrations do not receive customer-submitted contact, form or card data, or URLs containing query parameters.

Anti-phishing statement

KONGRA LLC does not ask users to enter passwords, login credentials, bank login information, private keys, credit card account credentials, or sensitive account-access information through this website.

Payments

Online appointments are scheduled through KONGRA LLC’s Square-hosted booking page. Square processes payment card details in its secure forms; kongra.org does not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes in its service request forms.

No card or prepayment is required merely to book the current diagnostic appointment. KONGRA accepts credit and debit cards and may accept agreed deposits or advance payments for approved repairs, processed by Square. Before a charge, the amount, purpose, applicable total and any refund conditions are disclosed. Saving a card for future payments requires separate authorization and does not authorize unrelated charges. Do not send card details by email, WhatsApp or through our service request form.

Website analytics

We use Umami and Google Analytics 4 for visits and contact-button clicks. Our integrations send known public page paths, button categories and general referral sources. They do not send customer-submitted contact, form or card data, message text, session recordings, or URLs containing query parameters. Umami does not use cookies. Google Analytics 4 may use measurement cookies and pseudonymous browser identifiers. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on. Our Umami and Google Analytics 4 integrations are disabled when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. A button click does not confirm a completed call or booking.

We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page performance and visits. Its beacon collects page-load timing and related page, referrer, browser and device information. Our website does not load this beacon when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is present as the page opens.

Lovable hosts this website. KONGRA has disabled Lovable’s built-in visitor analytics. Hosting services may still process technical request information needed to operate and secure the website.

KONGRA may use third-party platforms for scheduling, payments, messaging, invoices, customer management, accounting, documentation and data storage. KONGRA does not sell customer personal information.
