On a San Jose visit, an ice blockage was removed from the fill tube and the relay on the ice-maker board was replaced. A manually advanced harvest completed, and the water fill appeared low. The technician recommended monitoring for 24–48 hours and further evaluation if the problem persisted. One test cycle did not establish normal daily production.
