A display that still reboots after a module replacement
In a documented PRD48WDSGU investigation, the auxiliary display kept restarting after a steam-module replacement, while the other display remained active. KONGRA recorded control access and connector observations and reviewed the model-specific service bulletin. The replacement history made the programmed part, coding, power and communication path relevant to further diagnosis. The available record does not establish a final cause or a completed repair. This case shows why another display or board should not be selected from the startup loop alone.

For cooking concerns, note whether clicking begins after cleaning, affects a single burner or continues after the flame is established. Normal ExtraLow cycling and an ignition fault require different evaluation.

Why does my Thermador burner keep clicking?+
The pattern matters. Thermador identifies moisture, burner-cap position and interrupted flame as possible causes of repeated sparking. On models with ExtraLow, cycling and clicking during re-ignition can be normal. Persistent clicking outside that behavior needs a model-specific inspection; it does not by itself prove a failed ignition module.
