Remote Equipment Monitoring & Predictive Maintenance

KONGRA integrates selected sensors, gateways, controllers and software so equipment owners can see operating conditions, receive useful alerts and plan service before a small problem becomes downtime.

Turn equipment data into an actionable service signal

Useful monitoring starts with a small number of measurements tied to real failure modes. Temperature, current, pressure, flow, vibration, runtime or alarm state can be collected when suitable interfaces and sensors are available.

KONGRA can structure dashboards and notifications so the customer sees exceptions and trends instead of a wall of raw data.

  • Temperature and environmental monitoring
  • Current, power and runtime tracking
  • Pressure, flow and pump-state monitoring
  • Vibration and condition indicators
  • PLC, Modbus and selected equipment data
  • Alerts and escalation rules
  • Maintenance reminders and service history

Applications across KONGRA service lines

The same monitoring architecture can support commercial refrigeration, bakery equipment, pumps, chillers, production machinery, laboratory equipment, energy systems and selected smart-building assets.

For equipment with proprietary or unavailable interfaces, KONGRA can review whether independent sensors provide a practical alternative without modifying protected safety functions.

Monitoring is not a safety certification

A dashboard or alert system does not replace required safety devices, code-mandated alarms, OEM protective functions or regulated monitoring. KONGRA does not bypass safety controls to obtain data.

The monitoring scope is documented separately from any regulated electrical, refrigeration, process or life-safety work.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you monitor equipment from different manufacturers in one dashboard?+

Often yes when the equipment exposes compatible interfaces or independent sensors can be used safely. The integration method is selected per asset.

Does predictive maintenance mean you can guarantee a failure before it happens?+

No. Monitoring can identify trends and abnormal conditions, but it does not guarantee prediction of every failure.
