Smart Infrastructure & AI Systems

KONGRA designs, integrates, configures and supports selected private AI, automation, energy and connected-infrastructure systems using established third-party hardware and software.

One architecture instead of disconnected products

A useful smart system is more than a collection of devices. KONGRA can define how compute, networking, sensors, controls, energy equipment and software should work together, then document the system so it can be maintained.

The design can combine local-first automation, private AI, remote monitoring and energy intelligence without forcing every function into a single vendor cloud.

  • Private AI and local compute
  • Smart-home and building automation
  • Energy-management and battery coordination
  • Solar, battery, EV and generator integration
  • Remote monitoring and predictive-maintenance workflows
  • AI and business-process automation

Third-party equipment, integrated as a system

KONGRA does not need to manufacture batteries, inverters, servers or controllers to create a differentiated solution. The value is in architecture, component selection, software, configuration, integration, monitoring and support.

Hardware is selected for compatibility, serviceability and the requirements of the actual project. Manufacturer names identify third-party equipment and do not imply authorization or endorsement.

Licensed installation scope stays separate

Software, system architecture, configuration and equipment-side integration are separated from electrical, solar, battery, low-voltage or other permitted construction work that requires a specific California license or local permit.

Where regulated installation is required, KONGRA performs only work within applicable legal scope or coordinates the licensed portion with appropriately qualified contractors.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you manufacture the hardware used in these systems?+

No. KONGRA selects and integrates suitable third-party hardware and software, then configures the system around the customer's goals and supported equipment.

Can one project combine AI, smart-home controls and energy monitoring?+

Yes, when the selected platforms expose compatible local interfaces or APIs. The architecture is reviewed before hardware is purchased.
