Smart Home & Building Automation
KONGRA integrates selected smart-home and building systems into a maintainable architecture with local control, documented automations and optional remote access.
A system that still makes sense after installation
Smart homes often become difficult to maintain when every room depends on a different app or cloud account. KONGRA can consolidate compatible devices around a local automation platform and document the logic, network and backup strategy.
The objective is reliable control and visibility, not automation for its own sake.
- Lighting and scene control
- HVAC and climate integration
- Water-leak and environmental sensors
- Cameras and local NVR integration
- Access and selected entry systems
- Motorized shades and supported actuators
- Energy monitoring
- Local dashboards and notifications
Local-first with optional cloud services
Where supported by the selected products, critical automations can run locally so basic functions do not depend on a vendor cloud connection. Remote access and cloud integrations can still be added where they are useful and intentionally approved.
Private AI can be layered onto the same infrastructure for local voice, document access or camera-analysis workflows.
Installation boundaries
Configuration and supported equipment integration are separated from new branch circuits, fixed low-voltage cabling, fire/life-safety systems, solar, battery or other construction work requiring licensing or permits.
KONGRA performs only work within applicable legal scope or coordinates regulated installation with appropriately licensed contractors.

Frequently asked questions
Can you integrate devices from different brands?+
Often yes when they expose compatible local protocols, documented APIs or supported platform integrations. Compatibility is reviewed before the final architecture is proposed.
Can the smart home keep working if the internet is down?+
Selected automations can be designed to run locally. Internet-dependent vendor features will still depend on their respective services.
