Commercial Conveyor Oven Repair in San Jose & Bay Area

Diagnostics and repair for gas and electric conveyor ovens — belt drive, burner and ignition, blower airflow, temperature calibration and controls.

Approach

How KONGRA approaches the diagnostic

Conveyor ovens fail in ways that look like a recipe problem first: pale product, burnt edges, longer bake times. The diagnostic separates the bake from the machine by measuring belt time, chamber temperature and airflow before touching parts.

Mechanical checks cover the belt itself — tension, tracking, links and drive motor — plus bearings, end plates and the finger / plenum arrangement that shapes airflow onto the product.

Heat-side checks cover burner and ignition behavior on gas units, elements and contactors on electric units, blower condition, temperature sensing and calibration against actual chamber readings.

Uneven bake is described by its pattern before it is treated as a fault: across the belt width, first batch versus the busy period, one deck against the other, or a change that began after a cleaning. Model and deck identity decide which documentation applies, and operating variables such as product, loading and programme changes are reviewed alongside the equipment. The separate uneven-bake guide covers what to record.

For stacked ovens we also check each deck independently, since one deck's airflow or belt condition can quietly carry the blame for the other.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What conveyor ovens do you service?+

Gas and electric conveyor pizza and bake ovens, single and stacked configurations, used in pizzerias, sandwich concepts, cafeterias and commissary kitchens.

The belt speed seems wrong — where do you start?+

Belt speed complaints are checked against measured belt time, drive motor and controller behavior, belt tension and tracking, before any conclusion about bake quality.

Do you do gas burner work?+

Gas diagnostics and repair are performed only within KONGRA's legal scope; licensed trades are coordinated with properly licensed independent contractors when required.
