Industrial Power Supply Repair & Diagnostics
Independent diagnostics for selected industrial power supplies, control power modules and OEM machine supplies. KONGRA verifies the surrounding system before an expensive power module is condemned.
Dead, unstable or tripping power supply
A power supply failure can be internal, but downstream overloads, shorted loads, damaged connectors, cooling problems or incoming-power conditions can create the same symptom. KONGRA checks the supported surrounding conditions before recommending a replacement.
Typical equipment includes selected PLC rack supplies, CNC control supplies, DIN-rail DC supplies and OEM machine power modules. Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, Yaskawa and other platform names help identify the equipment; the actual module, revision, connected load and test procedure determine the accepted work.

- Downstream overload review
- Connector and terminal damage

Bench repair or exchange where practical
Some industrial supplies are reasonable candidates for component-level bench repair or specialist rebuild; others are safer and more economical to replace or exchange. The recommendation depends on failure mode, availability, load requirements and testability.
Facility distribution, new branch circuits and high-voltage building work are not included in this equipment-module service.
