G-Series covers a long production history. For a cabinet that holds product, the useful record is a trend rather than a single reading: how quickly the cabinet recovers after a busy service, how the condenser intake looks compared with the last inspection, whether gaskets still seal along the full perimeter, and how often alarms have appeared. Documented condition allows work to be scheduled into a quiet window instead of during a service rush.
Intervals follow the exact cabinet, its load, kitchen heat and door traffic rather than a universal schedule. This reduces avoidable downtime; it does not guarantee uptime or prevent every failure, and KONGRA makes no such promise.
